Second, another great way to jazz up any meal is to add some new vegetables into the mix. Most people don’t eat enough vegetables as it is, and those who do get in enough gravitate to the same old varieties day after day.
Change it up. Not only will you get better nutrition, but dietary boredom will be a thing of the past.
Cheat Every Now And Then
Another thing to consider is to just go ahead and give in. Have that cheat meal you’ve been craving. As long as you don’t let these happen too often, they can really help keep you sane and can actually help you see faster results as they’ll send your metabolism soaring after you have them.
Limit them to once per week or once every two weeks and you’ll have no problem adding them in.
Try New Recipes
Finally, make sure that you try out new recipes every so often. Either seek out healthy recipes to try, or consider alternating ones that you think look interesting using healthier ingredients.
This is a fast way to liven up your diet and add more excitement to your week.
